Sautéed Zucchini Julienne
This is a simple side dish. The garlic gives this great flavor. Great served with fish and chicken.

I have never thought about cooking courgette in this way before and it looks really nice. I like it added to a stir fry and perhaps the children might even eat it cooked like this....you never know!
ReplyDeleteNow, that, I would like! I love zucchini, and this looks like a great, new way to prepare it.
ReplyDeleteMmm that looks good, and I have Zucchini!
ReplyDeleteYum. I love zucchini.
ReplyDeleteThanks for dropping by my blog.
You might add some roasted red peppers to give it more color from a jar, but be sure and get them not packed in oil.
ReplyDeletethis looks delicious - can't wait to make it tonight!

ReplyDeleteWhat an amazing hidden little gem you have here, Gina! I never knew it existed. It popped up as a "you might also like..." while I was looking at another recipe. I cut the zucchini this time, but just bought a julienne peeler that I will use to make this an even quicker dish to throw together. It'll come in handy this summer when the zukes are plentiful!
ReplyDeleteJust made it. Mine doesn;t look like that. High heat? My garlic is burned! Tastes pretty good though...
