ReplyDeleteI made this tonight with frozen green beans and it was awesome! I will definitely be doing this again. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI just made them with frozen beans too! Delish. My non veggie eating husband even ate them! Just seems like a lot of oil for 4 portions.
ReplyDeleteKTM - if I was making this with frozen, I would use less oil, but if you try this with fresh, these are spectacular... and you'll need all the oil.
ReplyDeleteWhy two pans? Drop the beans into the sauteed garlic and oil and cook a few minutes. Same thing, one less pot. And really tasty!

ReplyDeleteI make these very similar except in one frying pan. I brown garlic in oil and add onions and saute, add beans, cook one minutes until bright green then add chicken broth and cook until tender. It starts to get brown and carmalizes toward the end...oh, so good!!! Your the best Gina!!!
ReplyDeleteAdd lemon pepper to this and it is like the cherry on top!
ReplyDeleteIs the listed points for points plus or the old plan?
ReplyDeleteMade these tonight and the whole family liked them. Made exactly as listed.
