  1. Oh my goodness those look amazing. I LOVE french toast and it's so light when made on WW bread which I always have on hand!

  2. I really liked your blog and I am surely going to bookmark it now. I just want to add a few things in your blog post. acai berry and colon cleanser diet can work together to clean the intestine and also work out to remove harmful fecal substances and harmful bacteria. It is also an effective method to loose weight. I have my own experience and the colon cleanse diet works out perfectly for me.

  3. French toast is a favorite of mine, and it sounds really incredible with your skinny eggnog!

  4. @Dawn, yes the WW bread is a great way to still heave French Toast and without the added points! Love it!

I have a question could you just dip the bread in to the egg nog mixture and not add the extra egg white would it be less points this way???

  6. I'm not sure if the eggnog mixture would stick well to the bread without the eggwhites. It would be 1/2 point less per serving without the egg whites.

  7. I am a student and dont ususally buy the weight watchers bread as it is a little more expensive the bread i use is multigrain and for two pieces is 4 pts how would that effect the point system for this recipe as I am dying to try it!

  8. you can also use the lite bread that is not as expensive as the ww bread, instead of the powdered surgar i use the splenda w the cinnamon, very good.

  9. can't wait to try this!

  10. If I would prefer not to use the eggnog what would I substitute it with?

  11. You could use egg whites with a little milk instead. Add vanilla and cinnamon!

    1. If you're trying to substitute the egg nog mix, how much eggs whites, and milk would we add?

  12. Is the nutmeg for sprinkling or does it go into the mixture?
