This easy chicken quesadilla recipe is a complete meal in one! Loaded with chicken, veggies, avocado-mango salsa and cheese, it’s very filling and so delicious!
Chicken Quesadilla
I made this healthy chicken quesadillas recipe for dinner with my leftover avocado mango salsa and some sauteed onions and peppers. They are very satisfying, with almost 38 grams of protein and 17 grams of fiber. They are also great for lunch or even as appetizers. For more of my quesadilla recipes, try Picadillo Quesadillas, Shrimp Quesadillas, and BBQ Chicken Quesadillas.
Chicken Quesadilla Ingredients
- Chicken: Trim the fat off 16 ounces of skinless chicken breasts.
- Spices: Season the chicken with cumin, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Onion: Slice half of a small onion into strips.
- Bell Pepper: Slice a red or green pepper into strips.
- Garlic: Mince one clove.
- Cheese: You’ll need a part-skim Mexican shredded cheese blend.
- Salsa: I used avocado mango salsa for extra nutrition and flavor.
- Tortillas: Buy low-carb whole-wheat tortillas, like La Tortilla Factory.
How to Make Chicken Quesadillas
- Prep Chicken: Slice the breast in half lengthwise so you have four cutlets. Season the chicken for the quesadillas with salt, pepper, cumin, oregano, and garlic powder.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat a skillet over medium heat, lightly spray with oil, and cook the chicken for a few minutes on each side. You can also grill the chicken on an outdoor grill. Check that the cutlets are done with a meat thermometer. Once it reads 165°F, the chicken is ready. Remove the cutlets from the heat, cut them into strips, and set aside.
- Sauté the Veggies: Pour a teaspoon of oil into the skillet, add the onions and peppers, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for two minutes, add the garlic, and continue cooking until the vegetables are soft. Once ready, transfer to a plate.
- Assemble the Quesadillas: Heat the skillet on medium heat and spray lightly with oil. Place a tortilla in the pan, top with cheese, chicken, onions, peppers, and salsa, and then put another tortilla on top.
- Cook the Quesadillas: Once the cheese melts and the bottom tortilla is golden brown, place a plate on top of the quesadilla and flip the pan over so the quesadilla is on the plate. Slide the other side into the skillet, cook for another minute, and remove with a spatula.
What to Serve with Chicken Quesadillas
Serve your chicken quesadillas with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole for dipping. If you want to make some sides to round out the meal, try this Skillet Mexican Zucchini, Black Beans and Rice, or Cilantro Lime Cauliflower Rice.
How to Store Quesadillas
Leftover chicken quesadillas will keep in the fridge for up to three days, and you can reheat them in a skillet until warm. If you’re cooking for one, you can store all the ingredients separately and make the quesadillas fresh over the next few days before eating.
Variations
- Tortillas: Any eight-inch whole wheat or flour tortillas will work if you can’t find low-carb tortillas.
- Chicken: My Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken or Chipotle Chicken would work well in this quesadilla recipe. Or if you prefer ground meat, try my Turkey Picadillo.
- Spices: If you have taco seasoning on hand, use that to season your chicken.
- Vegetarian Quesadilla: Omit the chicken and cook more bell peppers and onions, or add black beans for more protein and fiber.
- Salsa: Swap mango salsa with pico de gallo or any thick jarred salsa.
- Cheese: Substitute shredded cheddar cheese.

Chicken Quesadilla Recipe
Ingredients
- 16 ounces skinless chicken breast, fat trimmed
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt , and black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- olive oil spray
- 1/2 small onion, cut into strips
- 1 bell pepper, red or green cut into strips
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1-1/3 cup part-skim Mexican blend shredded cheese, or dairy free cheese like Violife
- 1 cup avocado mango salsa
- 8 low-carb whole wheat flour tortillas, La Tortilla Factory original size (or gf tortillas like siete)
Instructions
- Slice chicken breast in half so you have 4 cutlets.
- Season chicken with salt, cumin, garlic powder, oregano and black pepper.
- Lightly spray a skillet on medium heat with oil or if using a grill, grill chicken until cooked on both sides, about 2 minutes on each side.
- Remove from heat and cut chicken into strips, set aside.
- To the skillet, add 1 tbsp oil and cook onions and peppers, season with salt and pepper.

- Cheese should be melted and the bottom of the tortilla should be golden brown. Put a plate on top of the quesadilla to flip it over onto the plate. Then slide the other side onto the skillet.
- Cook another minute and remove with a spatula. Cut into wedges and serve with sour cream if you wish.
Easy and delicious. My daughter is 13 and just now open to trying new things. With this recipe we just jumped away from plain chix and cheese to a tastier quesadilla
Easy to make and delicious. Love all your recipes. I have been using them for years. Always my first choice in figuring out what’s for dinner. Thanks so much
oops forgot to put the rating, excellent. Easy to make
This recipe was excellent. My husband loved it.
This was delicious and hearty. My husband loved it too, which is always a big plus.
The flavors are so good!!
Can these be frozen after cooking?
I’m confused about the serving size. The recipe says 4 servings at the top but in the nutritional information it says a serving is one quesadilla. Not sure how to proceed.
It is 4 servings, 1 quesadilla per serving. (each quesadilla has a top and bottom tortilla)
Wow. This was fantastic! I highly recommend this one! I used 1/2 cup fat free cheese, carb balance tortillas, and subbed the sour cream for nonfat Greek yogurt. This came out to 6 points on WW! It was absolutely delicious, my family approved!
After some trial and error with the flip- I slid a spatula all the way under the quesadilla and held a small plate at an angle, and brought the two together. Then I was able to slide the quesadilla back onto the pan
I tried this recipe for dinner and I was pleasantly surprised on how quick simple and delicious it was. I am hooked! Instead of eating all of it (large portion) I ate only half, so half the calories, carbs, and fat.
Thank you for this great tasting quesadilla…..so quick and easy!
(Practiced flipping the tortillas before I actually cooked them!)
These look amazing! What size tortilla shell is the nutrition info based on?
It’s their original size tortilla
What brand of cheese did you use? My Trader Joe’s brand is tracking at a higher point value
All brands will vary slightly. Lidl brand is used here.
I make quesadillas in my air fryer all the time. Just spray them with cooking spray or olive oil. I am going to make this today. Chicken will be brined and then cooked in the air fryer and then the quesadillas will go in. Will have to saute the veggies on the stove though….
Help! Has any one tried this delicious looking recipe? I’m trying to envision my clutzy self flipping it without burning my forearm or making a disastrous mess. I wish there was a video of Gina doing this.
You might find it easier to divide the filling into eighths. Place 1/8 filling over half of 1 tortilla and fold over to enclose. Brown on each side…much easier to turn w/out loosing the filling.
2 halves = 1 serving
I will be making it this week. It is much easier however to make two half moons… and flip those. Just fill one half of the tortilla, flip other half over and put into the pan – repeat process with one more. Now you have a full skillet but flipping the two of them is a breeze (one at a time of course). Make sure you move them around in the pan as they brown up… hope this helps.
I hear you! I have heavy metal pans, so flipping with one hand and covering with a plate with the other hand is really hard. I spatula it off onto a plate. Put a plate on top of that plate, flip it over, and then spatula it back onto the pan. I hope this helps!
I have done it and plan on making them tonight use potholders to hold the pan handle if hot use a plate that is bigger then the mouth of the frying pan put you hand on the top of the plate hold the plate down firmly into place then flip it over put the pan back on the fire and slide the quesadilla back into the pan if it does not slide easily use a spatula to help you slide it PS if you have a panini press you can use that – You got this Heather!!!!
I find it easier to make one tortilla quesadillas by putting half the filling on one half of the tortilla, then folding the empty side over the top of the filling. Press down lightly and it should remain folded. This way I can cook two servings in a single pan [long folded sides in the middle of the pan] and they are easy to flip by lifting the curved edge with a spatula and just rolling it over onto the other side.
I have made the chicken one and the shrimp and avocado. I haven’t had an issue, and I can’t flip an omelet to save my lift hahaha I prefer using my Gridler, but I do make them on the stove top. If you leave them go long enough before sliding them onto a plate and over, the cheese should hold everything together. I spray my pan well at first too to help it slide easier. I even use fish spatulas and smaller tortillas if I’m using the stove, instead of one big one a piece. I think it’s easier. I’m sure you will do just fine!
These were amazing!!! I will never eat these out anywhere again, all the places I’ve had them and I’ve never had chicken quesadillas as good as these!
Mmmm love these, youre the best cook, thanks, delish!
What’s the sodium content
These were great!
Best quesadillas i’ve ever eaten.
Best quesadillas I’ve ever had!!
Gina- is this 7 freestyle points? thanks!
Does anyone know if they still make/sell the Weight Watchers brand shredded cheese? I never see it anywhere but I see it referenced in recipes here and there. It seems to be the lowest calorie and lowest WW point shredded cheese I’ve seen. Anyone know? Thanks
Yes, the WW cheese is still around.
I made these for lunch today and my husband cleaned his plate
They are delicious
Looks great! What size are the tortillas that are included in the recipe?
Medium.
On the menu tonight!
We LOVE this recipe and have made it multiple times! Just wanted to let you know link to the salsa recipie no longer works. 🙂
Thanks, I will look into it.
The link still doesn’t work.
Try again, I just checked and it seems to be working! 🙂
HI! I’m making these this weekend, although the salsa link isn’t working! Any place I could find it?
Should be working now.
The salsa link is not working. Any way to add it to this page?
The link at the beginning of the recipe is working, but here it is as well– https://www.skinnytaste.com/avocado-and-mango-salsa/ 🙂
These are seriously better than any restaurant quesadillas I've ever had! So good!
I never seem to think of quesadillas when it comes to simple low calorie meals. I’ll think of wraps for some reason and there is very little difference between the two. This quesadilla has everything I would put in it also! Peppers, chicken, cheese. A+
How many points is it for the entire quesadilla. Is one entire quesadilla 4 servings? I guess I am a little confused/
This is sooooo yummy! Made with sabra salsa and white tortillas (not as healthy) because I'm not a huge fan of whole wheat tortillas. Let me tell you, these babies are muy delicioso!
Sounds so delicious. I am going to have make this minus the mango salsa. I love the taste of mangoes but found out the hard way that I am allergic to them.
Best quesadillas ever!! I made a couple of small changes to adjust our family's taste. I probably messed with the calories and points but nbd. The chicken was a little bland for our family so I added some ginger, a pinch of chipotle powder, and red chili powder. Also cut the chicken into small pieces before cooking it. I didn't have the ingredients on hand for the avocado mango salsa so I just substituted with Chichi's chunky salsa which still tasted good. Lastly, pulled out the quesadilla maker I've been meaning to use for a while. Came out perfect! On point!
This is definitely one of my favorite dishes to make from your recipes! I've been following your site for over a year now, and when I first made these chicken quesadillas, my husband said that he would love to eat these weekly! I've made them a number of times now, and last week when we had them, we ate most of the mango avocado salsa before the chicken was even done cooking! You just can't go without that salsa! THANK YOU for giving me and my family healthy options that taste WAYYYY better than take out or dinner from a box!!
i just made four of your recipes in a row, and I'M SO EXCITED!!! 😀 I have people coming over tomorrow and i have made the lemon cheesecake cupcakes, the chocolate mousse, i made the mango salsa so i can make these quesadilla's for dinner and I made the broccoli baked mac and cheese for lunch. LOVE LOVE LOVE your site and i tell everyone i meet!
Does anyone know what size tortillas these are? Burrito size? Or the large tortillas?
Hi Gina! I LOVE your site, it's amazing! Obesity question about this one…what size tortillas did you use for the nutrition information provided? Thanks! -Beth
Oops! I meant "one" question!
This was great, Hubby and I both enjoyed it! Thank you! Keep the good healthy food coming!
Gina –
I have used your site for the last 2 months that I have been on WW. I have lost over 10 pounds and really feel like I owe it all to you. Thank you so much for your wonderful ideas and recipes. You have made dieting easy and fun.
Omg I made these today. They tasted good, and I guess it's a good recipe, but oh. I am not a cook. I just wanna pour a bowl of cereal and be done with it. Spent over an hour cooking, cutting and cleaning. I really admire people who can do this stuff everyday. Me? I'll stick with my microwave cheese on toast sandwiches for now.
I made these the other night and they were absolutely incredible! I used pico de gallo instead of the avocado-mango salsa and I made it following this recipe: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/pico-de-gallo-3/ Instead of lime juice I used vinegar, and instead of jalapeño I used cayenne pepper. I also added a bit of lemon-pepper seasoning to it. Also, I used red, orange, and yellow peppers in the quesadilla instead of just red and the whole thing came out amazing! My housemate tasted it and loved it as well. We both agree that it tastes like something straight out of Chili's!! Thank you, Gina for being so awesome! It's so rewarding to eat healthy, delicious meals. 🙂
I have commented once before, but I have to say it again. I am such a HUGE FAN of you and your blog. I basically cook from your website each week and then tell all my friends how wonderful it is. You have made it so much easier to get off these 15 lbs. I just lost on W.W. Thank you for NORMAL and AMAZING food that meets all of my cravings and all my point values! You are awesome my dear.
This is probably one of my favorite snacks/lunches! This one looks especially delicious!
Gina…you rock!!! Thanks for all your recipe ideas. Thanks to you we can add a lot of variety to our ww plan.
I made these, except instead of using the skillet I cooked everything on the George Foreman, and I loved them! The salsa made it a little runny, so next time I'm using drained pica-de-gallo or however you spell that. My husband was impressed!

Gina I am in Nassau County. I find La Tortilla but they are 3pp per tortilla (larger ones) at Stop n Shop. Where do you find the smaller ones? (I have always made your recipes with the larger ones anyway but if I could find the smaller that would be great!)
Thank you!
Like this recipe and looking tasty! You always share easy and delicious recipes. I would like to make this on my coming weekend. Thanks for sharing.
Can you tell me if the recipe calls for large or small tortillas?
Thank you
Is it 10 points in the whole quesadilla or 10 points in 1 triangle?
Thanks for sharing. Made these today and were easy and very filling!!!
Just made these and wasn't sure about the tortillas but gave it a try. It was quite good! I did squeeze a little fresh lime over the chicken, it was so good and filling. Thank you.
Made these last night without the mango salsa. This is the second time I made them and they were better this time. I served them with reduced fat sour cream and salsa verde!!! Excellent meal. Thanks for all of your incredible healthy recipes.
Do you know how many calories it would be if I didn't add the avacado/mango salsa?
I tried this and I loved it!
Sia Bevis
Made this exactly as written and love it!!!
Love your site Gina! it is always my mid morning go to site while at work!
I'd love to make these and bring for lunch. Have you ever tried reheating in a microwave? Wondering if they'd just get soggy doing that.
Happy Holidays!
I'm so glad you liked them!! Yes, these are pretty filling and I too thought the onions and peppers give them so much flavor.
I made these for the first time a couple weeks ago and again this week. They are wonderful. I love sauteed onions and red peppers, so I didn't miss the cheese so much (since I would tend to LOAD this with cheese on my own :-). I like that I can make them separately and give my husband more cheese for his, too. I love that it's a HUGE serving. It's good for nights when I'm really hungry. Thanks again for another fabulous addition to my dinner repertoire! I think it was pretty easy and fast, too. (I did use store-bought salsa to help with that.)
I got Mango Peach salsa (0 points) from Target's refridgerated section and added 1/2 a 100 calorie pack of Wholly Guacamole (1 point for half the packet, 3 points for the whole packet) to each quesadilla. Delicious! Thanks, Gina! I will likely just make this chicken and the vegetable mix when I'm craving fajitas…for very few points!
I have to say, I have loved the recipes I have tried from your site in the past week. I even impressed two of my foody friends sending them links, and usually I have to learn from them! My Mom and I are getting excited about Weight Watchers again after a few weeks of boredom, so thank you so much for making that possible!
chicken is chicken! only use 12 oz cooked for the same points.
Gina–
I'm notoriously bad at cooking chicken and never like the taste of chicken that I cook myself.
Is there any way I could use pre-cooked chicken? Like the Tyson grilled chicken strips that are in the store by the salad ingredients? Would it change point values?
Thanks.
I made this recipe last night. It was so Good! The entire family love, love, loved it! It did make a lot of food though! I couldn't even fisnish all of it….I guess that's a good thing though.
I will definitely be makeing this again soon.
I just made these for the first time…literally just got done eating them….DELICIOUS….and very filling!
I made these a couple of weeks ago, and my family loved them. I love your site. Thanks for all you do!
I can't find La Tortilla brand in Winnipeg, how many points are they and how do they compare with "regular" tortillas? Also, what size tortilla did you use?
Thanks, Susan
How many points are each of the tortillas you are using?
I'm so glad you think so 🙂
I just want to say that your blog is amazing. You have so many wonderful dishes that my family makes and we are all on a weight watchers diet. With you already having the points on it makes it one hundred times better! thanks so much for your wonderful creations!
Thank you so much. We had them for dinner and greatly enjoyed. We have used your site to help plan dinner this week. It has been wonderful and has greatly reduced the stress of making daily healthy food choices!
Erica, maybe with the chicken when you season it.
I have some of the chipotle peppers in adobo leftover from the zucchini enchiladas. If I were to add them to this recipe for a little kick, where would you add it? Thanks!
The smaller size, I think it's 8 inch?
What size tortilla are you using?
Love the recipe. It was really yummy. Can't wait to try your other recipes.
Lisa and Amber, aren't they delicious!
Debbie, I've never tried that but it seems like a great idea!
Hello…is it possible to bake them in the oven? I would be making two for my husband and myself and it would be a time save to do them at the same time. Thanks.
I recently started attempting to cook more frequently and discovered your blog. I love all of your recipes thus far. This one in particular is fantastic and a HUGE crowd pleaser with my husband as well – which is really hard to do! Thanks so much for all of the great recipes. They're so tasty that I often forget that they are healthy as well!
They had a Mexican night for our Wednesday night supper at church. Since I didn't know how it was prepared and I have to watch my salt, I made this for me. It was great!!!! I gave my husband a taste and he liked it too.
Glad you found me!!
Just came across your website and I absolutely love it!!! Just started the New Weight Watchers Points Plus program and am needing some recipes! Well I found them!!!! Thanks you so much!!!!!
Updated!
Would love the points+ on this too!
Hi Gina! This looks delicious!!! Could you tell me the points plus on this when you get a chance? Thanks so much for all of the hard work you put into this site!!!!
Lydia, I'm so happy to hear! That's my goal, to make healthy food taste good! I'm so happy you approve!
Hi Gina,
I just found your sight after determining to get rid of the last few pregnancy pounds. Wow I am so excited! Everything looks AMAZING!
I made your chicken quesadillas last night. WOW! Soo good! I mean amazingly good! Did not taste healthy, would order it at a resturant, good!
Thank you so much for your site! I'm ecstatic now about eating healthy even though 2 days ago I was dreading this process.
Thanks for sharing my site with your friends rachael!
I like the idea of rough chopping the chicken to spread it easier. Thanks all!
I made these a few nights ago. I used regular mild Salsa instead of the mango and it was still delicious. The hubby and I split one and had the Zucchini Sticks on the side….delicious and brought the points value down. I am a Lifetime member but finding maintaining my goal weight really challenging. I love this site and pass the address on to everyone I know
These were very good. We did a rough chop on the chicken so it would spread out a little more evenly, but followed everything else to the letter. Delicious and very filling.
Really filling and the salsa was so flavorful! My picky picky husband even loved it.
I'm trying these tonight! I'm guessing they will be husband-approved too. He doesn't mind so much when he can't SEE the veggies, so stashing them between two tortillas is a great option… Thanks!
Glad he liked them!!
Just made these for dinner and they were GREAT!
Yummy and filling – just as you promised. Even my husband liked them and he can be hard to please with WW recipes.
Thank you!
@junes, never made them with pita pockets before, great idea!
I used the waffle iron idea…worked perfectly. thank you Kathleen.
This meal was awesome. I have never made one of these before! I just had a pita pocket on hand and it worked real well. I also used a slice of pepper jack cheese. made it nice and spicy.
Gina you are really something. Can not thank you enough.
Just found your site today and I already made 3 things.
and I still have 3 points left for dessert. hehe
Fun idea Jessica!
I am going to have these tomorrow during a girls movie night. I figure we will have a quesadilla bar were everyone is able to choose the toppings they want. I will stick with this recipe. Thanks for the idea.
I found a 0 point tortilla! La Tortilla Factory whole wheat. They have 50 calories, 2 grams of fat, and 7 grams of fiber per tortilla!
wonderful recipes
Gina I made these last night and loved them!! WOW……these were amazing! Thank you for the scrumptious recipe. I just ate 1/2 because 1/4 cup of my cheese was 3 points and I also did not have low calorie wheat tortilla. 🙁 I calculated that 1 tortilla is 3 points….so that means that 2 tortillas are 6 points! Not including the cheese and chicken and other add ons! I am scared I have no clue how many points I really ate. I grilled teh chicken on Gerge Foreman and followed what you said on everything else. Is there any way I can figure out how many points I am eating? I was wondering what 1/4 cup WW cheese is worth and the low cal tortillas ( 2 of them) are worth so I can compare and deduct points from my 35 weekly.
Either way……these were sooooo good!
Gina, I am new here and I cannot thank you enough for these incredible recipes! I love to eat good food and have gained some weight since I moved overseas. Now I can make yummy new recipes just like back home while here in Okinawa. 😉 This is my third time on WW and this time I plan to reach my goal weight! 😉
Thanks for leaving a comment, glad you liked everything you've tried so far!! Let me know what you think of the mac and cheese!
I absolutely love this website. As a seasoned WW member for quite a few years it is nice to find some great, quick & easy recipes. I have tried quite a few recipes including the pot & leek soup, baked zucchini sticks, ham/swiss chicken (had these for supper tonight) and the beef strogonoff. All excellent that you can feed the whole family. Can't wait to try the mac & cheese & going to try to the asian turkey this week. Thanks for all your help!
i made this but with chicken thighs instead( not a white meat fan) the seasoning on the chicken was good. i think its a very adaptable recipe and you can change the veggies anyway you like.
ooo this looks lovely!
Thank you!! Glad you liked them..
These were outstanding! I loved them! I am enjoying all of the recipes on your great website! Thanks for doing this. Your pictures are awesome.
I LOVE Mexican, but usually avoid it when I am dieting. We tried this Saturday night for dinner, and it was fantastic! Whenever I get the craving for Mexican, I know where to go. Thanks again for all these wonderful recipes!
Great idea, thanks for sharing!
these look delicious. i bake my quesadillas in the oven – makes them xtra crispy & requires less cooking fat. love your recipes!
You're welcome! Thank you for taking the time to comment. It really is appreciated and helpful to others who are thinking about trying a recipe.
These are delicious!! I have cooked several of your recipes and my family and I have enjoyed every single one. Thank you for taking the time to share your recipes. I greatly appreciate it!
Nichole
I made these a few weeks ago and they were great! I was amazed at how crispy the tortillas got just from using cooking spray. Will definitely be making these again soon! Thanks for the recipe.
So filling right? You can share one!
I made these for dinner last night! Wow! So good! I never would have expected mangoes, avocados, and a quesadilla to taste good together. It was so fresh tasting. I could barely finish half! Your recipes rock!
Sorry to answer this so late… the entire quesadilla is one serving. Filling!!
is the ENTIRE quesadilla one serving? or is it one of the wedges?
i'm planning on making this tomorrow night because it looks incredible! I absolutely love your recipes, I hardly feel like I'm dieting at all!
@fatgirlexorcism- now THAT is a great idea!!!!!!! Thanks for sharing!
I made chicken quesadillas last night with your chicken ropa vieja recipe – delicious! Thank you!
I love chicken quesadillas! I cook them in half the time using a George Foreman grill. I don't have to turn them over….the grill does the work for me. I also brush the tortillas lightly with a small amount of olive oil. I'll have to try the low carb tortillas. Thanks for your great recipes!
Yummy!! I actually use my waffle iron – I turn the plates over to the flat side and presto! perfect quesadillas every time 🙂
Kathleen
@Cindy- Thank you!! I'm on maternity leave so I have more time to send new recipes every day but I go back to work at the end of the month so I'll only be posting a few times a week. I try! I don't have a photo on my site, but there is one on twitter if you follow me. I'll have to put a photo and a bio up soon.
@terri- lol!
I Gina, I also love your website, you are so generous with your wonderful recipes! and I love how you send a recipe daily! Your recipes are just perfect, not too complicated, and are the same foods and ingredients I LOVE, this is the best recipe site! Do you have a picture of you up on the site? a bio? I would love to hear your story! Again, thank you so much for sharing your fantastic recipes!
I love the Foreman!
I am loving your site! I use my foreman to make quesadillas, so quick and easy!
If you use ff salsa instead, it's 1 pt less.
what is the points if you do not use the avocado salsa and a 1 point tortilla??? I would like it better with ff salsa!! Love your recipes. Made the Ministrone soup yesterday in our snow storm and can't keep the zucchini fries in the house!!!!
Love your quesdadillas!
Oh I just so adore chicken quesadillas! These sound so so good. I haven't had them prepared on the top, always in the oven or micro. I am going to give your method a try.
