Pomegranate Martini




Pomegranate Martinis are the new black. Cosmos are so last year! If you are looking to try a new cocktail that is dee-licious and fun to serve at a party, give this a shot (no pun intended)! But be careful... one is never enough!

Pomegranate Martini
Gina's Weight Watcher Recipes
Servings: 1 • Serving Size: 4 oz • Calories: 124 Old Points: 2 pts Points+: 4 pts
Calories: 117 • Fat: 0.0 g • Carb: 13.1 g • Fiber: 0 g • Protein: 0.4 g • Sugar: 13 g  
Sodium: 11.5 mg

Ingredients:
  • 3 oz Pom Wonderful pomegranate juice
  • 1 oz citrus infused vodka
  • crushed ice
  • lemon or lime twist  
Directions:
    Super chill the glass, shake well with crushed ice and add a twist of lemon or lime for a killer drink.

      With that being said, I want to try everything! But what really stood out to me was the POM Red Velvet Cupcakes with the POM creme cheese frosting, the POM Guacamole, and the POM artichoke dip. All three sound like definite winners!

      I love both the pomegranate fuit and the POM juice however, is the first time I'm checking the POM's website. Everything looks so delish and I have already several recipes on my "to do now" list (of course, with some substitutions).     129. Oh, I found 2 that I would definitely do -- Pan Toasted Brie with POM reduction -- I make baked brie for holidays and this would be a great variation to that. And, also the POM granita looks super easy and refreshing. Maybe it will keep my dessert cravings at bay in this healthy version.
