The POM Velvet Cupcakes look devine, but you're going to have to make that one lighter before I give into it. I did make the Goat Cheese Brûlee, Petite Greens and POM Orange Vinaigrette and it was fabulous. Healthy, Light and very tasty. Love your blog...keep the recipes coming.

The Pan Toasted Brie with a POM Reduction Sauce immediately caught my eye. I have not had the pleasure of trying any of the POM products but I will remedy that situation very soon.
