Mango Peach Smoothie




Just peachy! Mango peach smoothie, perfect way to use those ripe Spring peaches – I can't think of a better way to start your day than with a smoothie!! It's smoothie week here at Skinny Taste and today's smoothie is Mango Peach. Not all fruit smoothies are low in calories so be careful and make sure you know what you are getting when you order one out. Best guarantee to knowing what you're eating is to make it yourself!!



Mango Peachy Smoothie

Servings: 2 Serving Size: 1 cup Points: 1 pt
Calories:
99.7Fat: 0.3 g Protein: 2.3 g Carb: 26.0 g Fiber: 5.0 g 

Ingredients: 
  • 4 oz fat free Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium sliced peach (or frozen is fine)
  • 1 cup mango, sliced
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup ice

Directions:

Blend everything together and serve. Makes ? cups.

  5. So I used Organic (Whole Foods) mango and peach and nonfat peach yogurt and Coconut water to make this. It is great! If I could find my flax seeds I would have added those too. This is easier because I usually do not have a ripe peach or mango on hand! I am loving Coconut water!

  8. I tried coconut water any just didn't care for it. Can I sub that out for something else. Would I just use regular water?
