Everything you love about pumpkin pie, made into a light and fluffy dip. Perfect for dipping apple wedges, graham crackers or gingersnaps.
This one's an oldie from the archives. I made it on Halloween to bring to a friends and figured I'd revive it from the archives for those of you who haven't tried it. It's a great dip/dessert to bring to a party, and would also be great for Thanksgiving.
Pumpkin Pie Dip

- 15 oz can pumpkin
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, not packed
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or more to taste)
- 6 oz 0% Greek yogurt (Fage)
- 8 oz Truwhip
- cut up apples, for dipping
Mix pumpkin with brown sugar, vanilla and spices, blend well. Mix in yogurt. Fold in Truwhip and chill in refrigerator until ready to eat.
Makes about 6 cups.
