Chili is the perfect party food to feed a hungry crowd, set aside bowls of nachos, reduced fat cheese, light sour cream, scallions, jalapeños, cilantro and let everyone help themselves.

And what’s a party without the dip! Baked chips, toasted french bread slices, pita chips, cut up vegetables, all make great low fat options to use as dippers. Here are some of my favorites:

The three bean turkey chili is fantastic! It is a regular recipe at our house! My husband and I are babies when it comes to anything remotely spicy, so just to be safe, we always eliminate the chiles and just throw an extra dab of chili powder 😉 Just a tip to fellow "mild" people, it will still taste great w/out the chiles too!
