Skinny Blueberry Cheesecake

Blueberries in every bite of this blueberry-licious cheesecake!

I'm sad that summer is coming to an end but at the same time I'm looking forward to the change of seasons, cooler weather and fall comfort foods.

But until then I plan to make the most of this holiday weekend and soak up some sun, attend plenty of backyard parties and enjoy all the summer fruit while it's still available.

This cheesecake recipe is perfect to bring along to a backyard party. If this looks enticing to you, head on over to Dash Recipes to get the full recipe were I write a monthly column featuring skinny desserts! Enjoy!!

    1. I am hoping as well... tried to figure it out so I could just put it on my own recipe document, but it doesn't specify in the instructions even... how much sugar, vanilla, blueberries etc... would really hate to make this and fail on my first attempt at a cheesecake. I really love the recipes I have made from here and don't want to guess at this one and ruin it.

  8. That Dash website annoyingly groups repeat ingredients together so you can't tell which one goes in the cheesecake and which one goes in the blueberry topping. If you refresh the page, it shows it correctly for about a second before it groups them all together. Ugh!

  9. Oh yes, I see the order of ingredients changed...

    Ingredients:

for the cheesecake the sugar is...

    1/4 cup sugar

    For the blueberry sauce:

    1/3 cup sugar

Sorry, since I'm a contributor I can't post the recipe on my site but any questions just ask.

  14. Gina, I love your website, all the recipes I've tried so far are easy, substitution friendly and best of all YUMMY! thank you for all you do. Now, on this cheesecake, do you think cherries could work? (I know, pitting them is a pain), I just despise blueberries with a passion but I'd really like to try my hand at a cheesecake. Thanks again.
