  12. It has come to light that it is the grains, the carbs and the sugars that are the culprits with regard to such issues as insulin resistance. It is not so much the fats and oils, providing we are using the good ones, such as organic grass-fed butter and beef, organic virgin olive oil, coconut oil and flaxseed oil. Love pumpkin: thanks for the inspiration!
