Skinnytaste Dinner Plan (Week 41).  While I love Labor Day and the parties and BBQ’s that go with it, it also makes me a little sad because it is the unofficial end of summer! Back to school time!! This week I featured some of my favorite family-friendly meals including Madison’s Favorite Slow Cooker Taco’s from my new cookbook Skinnytaste Fast and Slow (recipe coming tomorrow!).

Pictured below is The Skinnytaste Meal Planner where I plan my dinners for the week (you can of course use any meal planner). Meal planning is a great way to get organized before heading to the supermarket to get ready for the week! My breakfast is usually something quick like eggs with fruit, a smoothie or avocado toast. We’re a family of four, so if a recipe serves more, it’s either packed up for everyone’s lunch or eaten the next day as leftovers. If you would like to see some of the previous week’s dinner plans, click here.

Tuesday: Madison’s Favorite Slow Cooker Beef Tacos (recipe coming Tuesday!)
Wednesday: Baked Potato Soup
Thursday:  One Pot Cheesy Turkey Taco Chili Mac
Friday: Leftovers
Saturday: Crock Pot Balsamic Pork Roast with  Broccoli and Orzo
Sunday: Spaghetti with Sauteed Chicken and Grape Tomatoes
