Shrimp cooked with tomatoes, a touch of cream, white wine and a hint of lemon. This pasta dish is so simple to make and is ready in about 15 minutes, perfect for a weeknight meal.
The lemon juice adds a nice touch and compliments the shrimp. This is also great over spaghetti squash for a low-carb or gluten-free meal.

Made this tonight for dinner. Absolutely wonderful. The flavors were so well balanced. Didn't use canned tomatoes though, used fresh tomatoes and 2 ounces of tomato sauce and only a quarter of cup half and half. It was great. Glad I ran across your website.
This is very good.Fast and simple
This was great! It was simple and made really good leftovers for lunch. Thanks Gina!
This might seem like a silly question but is this dish 10 points WITH the angel hair pasta or just the shrimp with the sauce.
Yes, with the pasta.
i was wondering will it be okay to sub plain greek yogurt for the half and half? will the taste and consistency change?
Not sure how the taste would be.
Hi I'm in th uk so some of the items needed have thrown me! But i love the sound of it! What's half/half? also can you use spaghetti instead of angel hair? I don't think thses items are sold in the UK thanks
Hi! I live in the UK as well (but am American). 1/2 and 1/2 is single cream and you can use spaghetti but vermicelli is actually angel hair and is a much thinner pasta than spaghetti. I usually by my vermicelli at Sainsburys. Good luck!
Made this tonight for my BF and he said it was DELICIOUS. I will be having some for lunch tomorrow. But I must say, this had the house smelling so GOOD!!!
I made this a couple of nights ago for dinner. This was super easy to make and surprisingly very tasty! I was skeptical about the flavors since it didn't involve a lot of ingredients, but this was really good! I did make a few substitutions because it was what I had: we only had canned diced tomatoes with chile, sherry cooking wine for white wine, and I used garlic salt on the shrimp with the oregano. Other than that, I followed the recipe and it turned out yummy. The diced tomatoes add a neccesary acid.
This was SO yummy, and my husband ate it up! He was so shocked to find that it was, in fact, a "skinny" recipe! Thanks for this!
This is so good! I've made it twice now and my 6 year old says I should work in a restaurant when I make it.:) I did add a can of crushed tomatoes too since my family likes their sauce to cover the pasta. It is super easy to make and amazingly good! This has been added into the permanent dinner rotation! I love your recipes!!
Very easy to prepare and DELICIOUS!! Perfect, light, tasty meal. A favorite dish!
This was awesome – I used low fat 1/2 & 1/2 – and added orange bell pepper, zucchini & mushrooms – quite yummy
Oh, this was so delicious! I used light cream instead of the half & half. Thanks for the recipe!
This was definitely a keeper! THUMBS UP! I made it with the spaghetti squash for me (easy and wonderful as well) and the pasta for my husband! We both loved it. Thanks!
My husband loved this dinner so much, he gave me two kisses on the cheek! I've made it twice now and we both thoroughly enjoyed it both times. A lovely mix of textures and flavors.
Gina, love your site. Great WW recipes, especially the shrimp and pasta recipe! And I don't even like to cook, but I do like quick and easy recipes!
@Hannah – Welcome, and good luck hitting your goal.
@Colleen – That's exactly how I feel.
Looks really good! My husband and I are big time foodies who refuse to sacrifice flavor for points, and this recipe looks like it'll satisfy both needs.

Yum! Shrimp is one of my FAVORITE foods!
This also might be good with spiralized zucchini if you have the equipment to get the zucchini in that form…just a thought. This looks delicious!
It's nice when eating light still includes pasta. Yum!
That's great! You could also kick it up a notch with some red pepper flakes if you like.
I was searching for WW menus to make lunch for a friend who has just started the program and found your blog. I love it!! I will be back again and again!-LeslieMichele
Gina, I was looking for a light pasta recipe to serve my family tonight. Since shrimp is the only "meat" that my daughter eats this will be perfect! Thanks so much!
Looks super easy and super yummy, Gina!!
