Easy Cucumber Salad


  • 2 medium cucumbers peeled and sliced
  • kosher salt to taste
  • white pepper
  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar


  1. Sprinkle cucumbers lightly with salt.
  2. Combine with vinegar and pepper and chill before serving.
