Pomegranate Martinis are the new black. Cosmos are so last year! If you are looking to try a new skinny cocktail that is dee-licious and fun to serve at a party, give this a shot (no pun intended)! But be careful… one is never enough!
Pomegranate Martini
Other skinny cocktails I love are Basil Cucumber Gin Coolers, Citrus Margarita Spritzer, Iced Green Tea Mojito and Watermelon Martinis to name a few.

Thanks for the POM receipes. I have never tried the POM jiuce but have often wondered about it. I think my favorite receipe is the pear salad with POM honey dijon dressing. It looks wonderful and is made with things that I usually have on hand.

POM gelato all the way!!
They all look delicious. If I had to choose one it would be Butternut Squash Ravioli with Peppered POM Sauce.
Thank you so much for sharing your delicious recipes and the gorgeous photos to go along with them.

Definitely start with a POM martini, followed by portabello mushroom dish with pear salad on the side. How good does that sound?

Wow, the recipes on Pom's website are mouthwatering. I'd say the one that really drew me was the Pomegranate, Gouda, and Pear Quesadilla with POM Salsa. The thought of all of those awesome flavors coming together made me want to try it right away.
This is my first time commenting, but I read your site often. Thanks for all the wonderful recipes!
