Chicken Burger

These moist and juicy ground chicken burgers are perfect on a bun with all the fixings, in a lettuce wrap for a carb-free meal, or in a bowl with grains and veggies for meal prep!

What is a Chicken Burger?

Combine the chicken, spinach, and spices in a large bowl.

Combine Ingredients

Mix everything with your hands and form five flattened patties.

Make the Patties

Cook the patties in a large sauté pan, griddle, or grill pan for four to five minutes on each side.

Cook the Burgers

Place a patty on each bottom bun with any desired toppings and then top with the second part of the bun.

Assemble the Burgers

Serve with french fries, sweet potato fries, coleslaw, or any of your favorite sides.
