Combine the chicken, spinach, and spices in a large bowl.
Mix everything with your hands and form five flattened patties.
Cook the patties in a large sauté pan, griddle, or grill pan for four to five minutes on each side.
Place a patty on each bottom bun with any desired toppings and then top with the second part of the bun.
Serve with french fries, sweet potato fries, coleslaw, or any of your favorite sides.
