This easy recipe is a Cuban dish made with shredded beef cooked with onions, peppers, olives, tomato sauce, and spices like cumin and oregano.
Season the beef with salt, Sazón, cumin, oregano, garlic powder, and pepper.
Sauté the onions, bell peppers, and garlic for 3 to 4 minutes, until softened.
Add the meat, carrots, olives, bay leaves, and cilantro, and pour the tomato sauce over the mixture.
Put the lid on and cook on high pressure. Once done, unplug the pot and do a natural release.
Shred the beef, discard the bay leaves, and top with more cilantro if desired.
Serve over rice, or add the meat to tacos, quesadillas, or burritos.
