thin sliced chicken cutlets

kosher salt
black pepper to taste
cooking spray

diced onion

diced green pepper

light mayonnaise

light sour cream

light cream cheese
(softened)

shredded mild provolone cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
Spray a grill pan or large skillet with cooking spray and cook chicken on high heat about 1 minute on each side, until cooked through.
Slice thin, set aside.
Spray with more oil and saute onions and peppers over medium-low heat for 5 to 6 minutes, until soft.
Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl.
Place in an oven-proof dish and bake 20-25 minutes, until hot and cheese is melted.
