1frozen banana
1packed cup baby spinach
2/3cupfresh mango(diced)
2tbspraw shelled hemp seeds
1 3/4cupsunsweetened almond milk
1cupice
sweetener(to taste (I used a few drops of Nu-Naturals liquid stevia))
