8cupsbaby arugula
8fresh figs(washed and quartered)
1 3/4ouncessemi-soft goat cheese
1/2cupbalsamic glaze
4tspextra virgin oil
Instructions
Arrange arugula on a salad bowl or platter, or you can divide on 8 salad plates.
