1/2cuppumpkin puree
1/2cupmilk of choice
1/2cupcrushed ice
6oznonfat Greek or plain yogurt
2tspvanilla extract
1/2tsppumpkin pie spice or cinnamon(or more to taste)
2tsppacked brown sugar(or maple syrup to taste)
add a scoop of vanilla protein(optional)
