  • 1 mango (chopped)
  • 6 oz fat free Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fat free milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar or honey
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
