Ingredients
2ozthese were 1 oz each sliced whole grain bread, toasted
2tbsphummus
6thin cucumber slices
1small radish(sliced thin)
1ozavocado(sliced thin (from 1/4 small haas))
crushed red pepper flakes(to taste)
1/8tspkosher salt
black pepper(to taste)
1/4cupbaby arugula
1wedge fresh lemon

Spread the toast with hummus, top with cucumber, radish and avocado, sprinkle crushed red pepper flakes, salt and black pepper. Top with arugula and lemon juice.
