These easy chia pudding pops are perfect as a healthy snack or dessert, even breakfast on a hot summer morning!
Ingredients

lite coconut milk
1/2
cup
cup unsweetened almond milk

cup
raspberries

chia seeds

sweetened shredded coconut

Nu-Naturals liquid stevia
(or sugar/honey to taste)

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large container.
Mix well and close container; refrigerate 4 hours so the chia expands.
Pour into 4 popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
