monk fruit sweetener
(stevia, or sugar)

club soda
(or sugar free lemon lime soda)

Instructions
In a sturdy tall glass, place the mint leaves and 1 lime wedge. Use a muddler and crush the mint and lime to release mint oils and lime juice.
Add remaining lime wedges and 1 tablespoon sugar, and muddle again to release the lime juice. Do not strain the mixture.
Fill the glass almost to the top with ice and fill the glass with club soda.
Stir and garnish with a few sprigs of mint. Serve with a straw.
