Mix the milk and protein powder with a frother or in a blender.
Stir in chia seeds and refrigerate 15 minutes.
Top with berries and enjoy!
Notes
This will not be thick like a chia pudding, this should have more of a consistency of pouring milk into your rice krispies. If you want it thicker, refrigerate overnight.The protein you use here will determine the flavor so use your favorite brand. There's a lot of really awful tasting protein out there!
