Avocado Cottage Cheese Dip is a creamy, high-protein snack made with avocado, cottage cheese, lime, and cilantro. Lighter than traditional guacamole, it’s perfect for dipping veggies, scooping with chips, or spreading on sandwiches and wraps.
In a small food processor, combine the avocado, cottage cheese, lime juice, red onion, ½ jalapeño with seeds, garlic, cilantro and salt. Purée until smooth, transfer to a bowl and top with tomatoes, garnish with cilantro.
