I use egg to get the breading to stick to the pork chops, but if you’re allergic to egg or want to use something else, olive oil, mayo, or Dijon mustard would work!
Season the pork chops with salt, dip in egg wash, and then coat them in the breadcrumbs.
Spray both sides with oil and air fry at 400F for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serve with a salad or any side dish of your choice.
