⅛teaspoonground cinnamon(plus a few shakes for serving)
¼cupwhipped topping(such as Truwhip)
2tablespoonschopped walnuts(or pecans)
granola, ice cream, or a drizzle of honey(optional for topping)
Instructions
Brush the peaches with melted butter.
In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle on top of each peach half (the fleshy side.)
Air fry cut side down at 350°F for 4 minutes and flip over. Cook another 4 minutes. Remove to a plate, and serve cut side up topped with whipped cream or optional ice cream, finely chopped pecans or walnuts, and extra shakes of cinnamon.
Notes
You can easily make this for one by halving the ingredients.
Variations
Peaches: If nectarines look better, use those instead. You could also try this recipe with apricots.
