Air Fryer Peaches

Air Fryer Peach Dessert

Air Fryer Peaches are one of my favorite ways to turn ripe summer peaches into a quick, healthy dessert. Like so many of my favorite air fryer recipes, the air fryer softens the fruit and caramelizes the edges in just minutes, enhancing its natural sweetness without needing much added sugar. They’re delicious topped with Greek yogurt for breakfast or vanilla ice cream for dessert. I like to use my protein ice cream!

Why You’ll Love These Air Fryer Peaches

Gina @ Skinnytaste.com

Lately at night, when I’m craving something sweet, this is what I’ve been making. It’s like a lazy peach crisp for one, and no need to turn on the oven. A little cinnamon gives the peaches that cozy, baked flavor, while the air fryer does all the work.

  • Simple: Just top the peaches with butter, cinnamon, and sugar, then air fry.
  • Quick and easy: The air fryer softens and caramelizes the peaches in just minutes without heating the oven.
  • Naturally sweet: Cooking intensifies the peaches’ natural sweetness, so you don’t need much added sugar.
  • Healthy enough for breakfast: Serve them with Greek yogurt for a light breakfast or snack.
  • Easy summer dessert: Top them with vanilla ice cream for a warm-and-cold dessert that tastes like peach cobbler without the work.

Ingredients

Since peaches are the main ingredient, use ripe summer peaches when they are at their sweetest and juiciest for this dessert. To check that they’re ripe, they should smell sweet and feel soft when pressed with your finger, but not mushy. See the recipe card below for the exact measurements.

Peaches, cinnamon, sugar, butter

  • Peaches are a good source of vitamins A and C, potassium, and fiber. Once ripe, cut them in half and remove the pits.
  • Butter: Microwave for about 30 seconds until melted.
  • Sweetener: I used brown monk fruit sweetener to make these air fryer peaches with no sugar, but regular brown sugar will work too.
  • Cinnamon for a nice, warm flavor
  • Toppings: I used Truwhip, a frozen whipped topping, for a cold, creamy element and chopped walnuts or pecans for crunch. I often use ice cream instead!

How to Make Air Fryer Peaches

This healthy air fryer peach recipe will be ready in under 15 minutes, from start to finish. See the recipe card at the bottom for printable directions.

  1. Season the peaches: Brush the peach halves with melted butter, then sprinkle them with sugar and cinnamon.
  2. How long to cook peaches in the air fryer: Place the peaches cut-side down and air fry at 350°F for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through. If your peaches are on the smaller side, they may be ready a few minutes early.
  3. How to serve: Place them cut-side up and top with whipped topping, ice cream or yogurt, nuts, and cinnamon.
