If you’re not familiar with my story, I started Skinnytaste in 2007 when I was getting married and wanted to lose weight to fit into my wedding dress. I decided to give Weight Watchers a chance after trying low-carb diets with no success.

Fortunately it didn’t take long for me to realize that many of my favorite dishes could easily be tweaked to be lighter and still make me and my family happy at the dinner table.

I love WW eating everything in moderation approach, and go back to tracking anytime I need to lose a few pounds, such as after having my babies, after vacations, etc. I hope these recipes help you along your WW journey.
