(I prefer organic, you can use gluten-free, or protein oats)

(use milk of choice)

(sliced (use the other half as a topping))

blueberries
(divided)
monk fruit sweetener
(stevia, or your favorite sweetener, to taste)
pinch
cinnamon
for the topping:

(or any nuts or seeds)
Instructions
Place all the ingredient in a jar, shake, cover and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning, add your favorite crunchy toppings such as nuts, granola, etc and enjoy!
