Phyllo Fruit Tart

This easy phyllo fruit tart is made with a flaky phyllo dough crust topped with cream cheese frosting, fresh fruit, and a white chocolate drizzle. It’s the perfect light spring or summer dessert.

butter
(melted)

oil
(any neutral oil such as avocado)

sheets
phyllo dough
(14 x 9)

ounces
light cream cheese

tablespoons
powdered sugar

cup
whipped topping
(such as TruWhip or my homemade
yogurt whipped cream
)
1
11-oz can
mandarin oranges
(drained or 2 to 3 fresh, peeled)

kiwifruit
(peeled and sliced)
1 ½
cups
sliced strawberries

white baking chocolate
(melted)
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine butter and oil.
Place one sheet of phyllo dough on a baking sheet. Brush with butter mixture. Repeat with remaining sheets.
Bake at 400°F for 5-7 minutes, or until browned. Cool completely.
Meanwhile, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, beat well. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled phyllo.
Top with fruit.
Melt chocolate in microwave in 30 second intervals and drizzle over fruit.
Notes
You can use any variety of fresh fruit, try bananas, strawberries and dark chocolate.
