Skinnytaste Dinner Plan (Week 69)

I’m away in Austin for a few days returning on Tuesday night, so I prepared Picadillo or the family for the next two days. My family loves it, and leftovers are great. Check it out as well as some other meals I have on the menu for the week!

Meal planning is a great way to get organized before heading to the supermarket to get ready for the week! My breakfast is usually something quick like eggs with fruit, a smoothie or avocado toast. Monday: Stove Top Picadillo with brown rice
Tuesday: Leftover Picadillo for tacos
Wednesday: Pickle-Brined Baked Chicken Tenders and Loaded Cauliflower Mash Bake
Thursday: Chicken Soup with Spinach and Whole Wheat Acini di Pepe
Friday: Cajun Shrimp in Foil
Saturday: Dinner Out
Sunday: Turkey Meatball Stroganoff (Instant Pot, Slow Cooker or Stove Top) with noodles
