Are Skinnytaste Recipes Healthy?

Yes! The recipes are all made with whole foods and they are low in saturated fat and calories. There’s no “bad” foods as food doesn’t have morality. I believe in eating everything in moderation with a focus on lean protein, healthy fats, high fiber, lots of vegetables and whole grains.
