  1. Is your One and Done Cookbook available in digital format? I can see some of your books on Kindle, but not this one.

  2. Hi Gina, I made Ropa Vieja from the slow cooker section of the book and it’s obvs delicious. But is it really 730 cal? The portion size felt more like a 400-500 cal meal.. does the rice really add 115 gr of carbs?

  3. I’ve cooked your turkey breast with sweet potatoes, green beans, and gravy several times, and it turned out perfectly. We loved it! But the past couple of times I’ve made it my instant pot says “burn” before it reaches pressure. Any ideas on why it would do that? Or how to keep it from doing that? I do everything exactly from the recipe (as I did the first few times). Thanks in advance for your help! 🙂

  4. I love this cookbook, but when I went to make the Carne Asada Fries tonight, I believe it is missing a step in the beef prep. It says to season the beef, then arrange on the pan, then later flip the pieces. There was never a step to make the stake into pieces. Later on you cut it into pieces. Would loved if the editor would have caught this poor direction ahead of printing. Now I’m just confused as to how to cook the steak  🙁

  5. I see that a few people are irked by your new cook book One and Done because it doesn’t include WW points. However, I would like to thank you for providing us with the points on your website. Copying them into my book, is WAY easier than trying to calculate the points for each recipe. Thank you for the delicious recipes and great resources. I have made several recipes and they’ve all been a hit with my hubby and kids.

  6. The American Style Cheesy Beef Goulash and Macaroni is DELICIOUS!! So glad I have the book so I can enjoy the recipes that aren’t on the website. Definitely worth the investment.

  7. Hi Gina! Your recipes are pretty much the only thing I’ll fix for my family these days! I do have a question about the points listed on your blog for your cookbooks. On your blog page for cookbooks, it says “Smart Points”, but I am looking for Freestyle points. Do you offer Freestyle points for your cookbook recipes?

    1. Thanks Jona! All Smart Points have been updated to reflect the freestyle program and points for the cookbooks are listed under the cookbook tab on the blog. Hope that helps!

      1. Hi Lisa. Go to www.skinnytaste.com then click on cookbook tab, then cookbook index. Hope this helps!

  8. I LOVE this cookbook ! (And all of your cookbooks, really!) However, I made the Loaded Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Sweet Potatoes (delicious, by the way) last night, and am questioning the calorie information…the cookbook states the following: calories 806, Fat 11.5g, Carb 42g, Protein 29g. If I do the math on those macros, I am getting around 388 cals…Is this a misprint? I really don’t see how this recipe could possibly be over 800 calories per serving!

    Gina,
I have sent two emails to skinnytaste@penguinrandomhouse.com with a picture of the One and Done cookbook I received for Christmas and would like to add to the Paprika app with no response as of yet.  I cannot find where I found that information on the Paprika app to send the email to that address to request a code for approval.
Can you please help me, I can send you another picture of my cookbook if you would like it.
    Thank you
    Michelle.
I posted an inquiry on your FB page as well and have others following my post waiting for a response as well!

Can your recipes also be used on the Mediterranean diet?  I love your recipes

  10. I made the American-style cheesy beef goulash and macaroni from my One & Done this evening, using my Instant Pot. It was delicious.  I didn’t have regular petite diced tomatoes so used a can with mild chilies, and it was fantastic. Love your recipes!

  11. LOVE this cookbook. Got it last week and husband gave a special rave to the pho. One silly and ridiculous question we were kind of joking about— why is there waxed paper under the chicken on the cover? 😉

  12. I just got my cookbook, and i’m trying to plan around my WW points. I’m am struggling to find the WW points on the site.

  13. Hi, your recipes are great. I am looking for one but not sure if you posted it. Lemony chicken with orzo, & spinach. Thanks Becky

  14. I don’t have an air fryer or pressure cooker. I’m just curious if recipes in these sections will have hints of how to adapt them if you don’t have these tools? I love your recipes and cookbooks and I don’t want to miss out on anything!

  15. Are there any vegetarian recipes in your new book or maybe I can add or take away to make vegetarian?

    1. I do have some vegetarian recipes in the cookbook and I am sure you can adapt some recipes to be made vegetarian but if you are looking for a vegetarian cookbook I don’t recommend it.

Am I blind? I’m not seeing the smart points for the new One and Done cookbook. I followed the link and still don’t see it. I like to copy them into my book 😉

LOVE THIS COOKBOOK! Already dried the maple-dijon chicken with butternut and brussels. Will add to the dinner rotation. Excellent job!

  18. Is there an easy way to get all the WW points for the new cookbook other than trying to search for each one?

Just received my new cookbook! Was a little disappointed that the ww points weren’t included.  I see where you say to look for them but I honestly can’t find them.  Can you please help me with that?

    Debbie

    1. Hi Debbie! Go to the Skinnytaste website- click on the cookbook tab then drop down to cookbook index. 🙂

  20. HI, I’m from Canada and preordered your book Gina but I didn’t get an order number from amazon as it’s preordered? How do I get the free recipes? Thx Gina .PS so excited for your new book, thank you ?

  21. Done and done. My wife loves the one pot meals. I now have a trifecta of Gina’s excellent cook books.

  22. I’m so excited! I just pre ordered One and Done! Got my four recipes too.

I’m wondering if the WW Freestyle SP are available for One & Done. The only Freestyle smart points I see are for your previous cookbooks. I would appreciate if you could direct me to the proper site. Thanks & congrats on another cookbook hit!  I’ll be waiting for the next one.

  23. I am so excited about your newest cookbook!  I already have your first 2 cookbooks and just pre-ordered the 3rd one. When I pre-ordered your newest one I noticed you had a meal planner out as well, so I HAD to get that too!!  I can’t wait to receive them both and start trying out the recipes from the new cookbook on my family!  Thanks for all your hard work and dedication!

Love your books and am going to get insta pot before new book comes out. Are you suggesting a particular brand of insta-pot would like to get one!!

  25. Hi Gina,
I was wondering what size Instant Pot you recommend. I am looking into finally buying one and want to make sure I get one large enough for your recipes!
    Thanks!

  26. I have ordered the cookbook and clicked the link but don’t see anything about 4 fre recipes or any form

  27. OOOHHHH…my first recipe to be made out of the new book is that fry recipe cuz it just looks F-U-N!

I pre ordered from Amazon and when I click on your link for the free recipes it comes up a blank page.  What am I doing wrong?  Thank you.

  29. Hi Gina! I follow your FB page, get your emails, and use your weekly meal plans. AND I have your 2 older cookbooks. I had pre-ordered this one on Amazon, but now that they are showing the cover, and showing 4 recipes as samples, I am a tad concerned, and have cancelled my pre-order: the 4 recipes are A LOT of Freestyle Points!!!!! One of them is 8 FSP, 2 of them are 12 FSP, one is 13 FSP / serving!!!!! Those are almost 1/2 of my daily FSP. ??????? Help me understand this.

    1. These are complete dinners, including the side dish. Also, you have to use recipe builder to get accurate points, the calculator will always be wrong as it adds points for 0 point foods. The chicken wings are 9, chicken sandwich 8, Dads Meat Patties with Potatoes and Cucumber Salad 10, Grilled Calamari with Mediterranean Chickpea Salad- 4. These recipes are not different than how I always cook!

      1. Hi, again! Yes, I just took the Nutrition info for the recipe and put the numbers into my WW online food “create”. And those scary numbers are what I came away with! YIKES!!!! So if I put the INGREDIENTS into recipe “create”, the numbers would be more WW friendly??!!!
        Thanks! I’ll pre-order again! 🙂 -db

      2. Hi Debbie, you MUST use recipe builder when getting points. The SmartPoints® calculator isn’t meant for recipes and will often give you the wrong points (usually higher) because it’s counting 0 points foods such as eggs, chicken, fruits and vegetables. So if you see a recipe with a SmartPoints® value that’s different from what the calculator tells you, that is why.

The only accurate way to determine any recipe’s SmartPoints® value is to plug the ingredients into the recipe builder on the Weight Watchers website (Click on “My Foods,” select “Recipe,” and click “Create a recipe.”)

      3. This was so helpful! I think a lot of people have run into this problem but do not understand why. Thanks!

  30. I pre-ordered your new cookbook due in October. I pre-ordered via iBooks for my iPad. I don’t know where to find a receipt number to fill out your pre-order form. I can email you a copy of my confirmation screen, but I’d need an email address. What should I do?

  31. I love the cover! I want to eat it now! ?  seriously drooling.  Can I have glazed Korean bbq chicken wings for breakfast?  I have  both of your cookbooks and meal planner.   Can’t wait for your new one! Pre-ordering now! Congrats!

  32. Hi Gina,
Wanted to tell you how much I love your site and first two books and I’ve already pre-ordered your latest. Thank you for all you do – I have a significant amount of weight to lose and your delicious recipes have been very helpful in keeping me on track.

I have a strange question – as I said I pre-ordered your latest from Amazon and was able to download the 4 bonus recipes without any problem. However, for some reason, I can only access the American goulash recipe on Amazon’s site – the other 3 are not selectable. Any hints?

  33. I pre-ordered on Amazon, and didn’t get the two additional recipes? Thanks, Christy Forseth — christy.forseth@bluecrossmn.com.

  34. Preordered the cookbook and downloaded the recipes. Made the Czech meat patties today— omg yum! I love how the flavors of all it went together. Thanks for including the sides with this recipe to make a complete meal!

  35. Excited to receive another one of your wonderful cookbooks. My husband and I have been on WW since the beginning of January and have lost 20 lbs. each. We owe it in large part to following your recipes. We love them and they have changed the way we eat!!
I have not seen this question asked so here goes. I downloaded the 4 recipes and looked on the contest list under One & Done cookbook but I am failing to see the recipes listed! I am looking for the smart points for each of them! Sorry to bother you!! Thanks again for all your hard work and dedication to help us improve our lives and health!!

  36. I am so super stoked for another skinnytaste cookbook!! I’ve gotten my nana to start using your recipes and I cook many of your recipes weekly! Husband is always super happy with them and its now his go to place to get recipes too. I already preordered your book back in february before the reveal after I’d seen your instagram posts about it. I cannot wait!!!

JUST discovered your previous other cookbooks and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them!! They are changing life for me!! If I don’t have an instapot or an airfyer will I still be able to use the majority of recipes in your new book?? I can’t thank you enough!!!!!

  38. Do you have any of your books digital so they can be downloaded direct. I live in Africa which makes the posting expensive and could take up to 3 months to deliver IF I ever actually receive it?

  39. Is this offer available in Canada as well?! I’m so excited for this book!! Is the release date the same in Canada this time?

  40. I can’t wait to receive my copy! I have your other 2 books, and between them and your website, and rarely used another recipe in a few years now. Thank you for such wonderful recipes!!

  41. I just got so excited for your new cookbook. I just showed my fiance (who also happens to love your recipes) and I will likely pick up this new one to add to my collection. Just wondering if there will be cooking instructions for stove/oven cooking if I don’t own an instant pot or air fryer?
Thanks for helping me with dinner ideas for the last 4 or 5 years!!

  42. Hi my name his Toni I am trying to subscribe to your email  but when I put my email that I use all the time it not going fru .

  43. So glad there will be plenty of pictures! It seems that many Instant
Pot cookbooks do not have pictures. I am more motivated to try a recipe
if I see a picture of it. Love your cookbooks and refer my friends to your
site all the time. Also enjoying the weekly meal for plans! Thanks for all you
do to keep us on the easy, healthy track of eating! Have a great Mother’s Day!

  44. What a great news!!Congratulations!
Does this book has the nutritional information as well? Are the slow cooker recipes similar, different from your Slow Cooker book?

  45. Congratulations on your new cookbook – cannot wait to buy this one! I have the other two cookbooks and have made so many wonderful recipes from them and from your blog. Your recipes are the only thing that really keep my dinners on track and help me stay within my WW daily points 🙂 So thank you 🙂 Best wishes for much success!

  46. Quick question….these 4 bonus recipes….will they be included in the new book? I pre-ordered on Amazon as soon as you announced the new book and Amazon offered.

The best to you and congratulations on your much deserved success!

  47. love, Love, LOVE your FOOD!!! My “big” husband, family, friends and I enjoy EVERY meal I make from your recipes! I AM your biggest supporter and spokesperson. Everyone that knows me, knows that I am a true devotee! One Christmas I bought everyone I know your first cookbook … and I’ve been told they use it! Your dedication to healthy, DELICIOUS food was a game changer for me (and as I get older, only more beneficial to my health). I’m ordering your cookbook NOW … how could I not? xo Jennifer

  48. Love your cookbooks!  Thank you for adding WW  SP, it certainly makes tracking easier..  Will there be a lot of recipes repeated from your previously in the new cookbooks?

  49. When one has pre-ordered (which I did through Canadian Indigo), how do we acquire the 4 bonus recipes? Can’t wait until October to receive the book!! Congratulations!

  50. I cannot wait for this book! Just to clarify – the Target book is the special version with the extra recipes? Just want to get the right one. Congrats!!!

        Gina,
I had the part of your blog with the WW points listed bookmarked, but the points don’t seem to be there anymore? I really want the points for your new book. There are recipes that I am anxious to try, but I am concerned some of them might be very high in points.

      2. Hi Marlene. Go to the cookbook tab at www.skinnytast.com and then drop down to cookbook index. The points are all listed there.

  65. So excited! May I ask what is different about the “special edition” version Target is offering?
