
I just love these little baby zucchinis. A simple side dish ready in under 6 minutes and great with just about everything!
Sauteed Baby Zucchini

Calories: 87.3 • Fat: 7.3 g • Carb: 4.4 g • Fiber: 1.6 g • Protein: 3.2 g • Sugar: 0
Ingredients:
- 1 package (about 20) baby zucchinis
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- oregano
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- salt and fresh pepper


















Mmmmm...and when they get that touch of brown on them - perfection!

ReplyDeleteLately I've been slightly scraping out the seeds of the zucchini to make a "well" then adding 1/2 a tablespoon of parm and sprinkling it with shake n bake then baking with dinner. It's GREAT!
Beautiful! Our garden is overflowing with squash, and we love to cook them like this. Just found your blog and I love it. Off to check out more recipes.

I think these would be great topped with some chevre as a side for grilled chicken! Hahaha the chevre would probably up the point count, woudln't it?!
