Salmon is my favorite fish, and it’s widely available. It’s not just delicious, it’s also very versatile and can be cooked so many different ways. Try it in salads, made into salmon burgers, smoked, etc. In addition, salmon is extremely healthy. It’s loaded with omega 3 fatty acids, the nutrients the body needs to run more efficiently. It also contains Vitamin B12, which helps produce brain chemicals that affect mood. It’s recommend eating at least two servings of fish per week and salmon is one of the best choices you can make.

When it comes to choosing the right piece of salmon for your dinners, look for wild salmon instead of farmed raised salmon. With these salmon recipes, it’s easy to add it into your weekly meal plan.
