Mango Lassi

Mango Lassi is a healthy sweet Indian smoothie made with fresh mangoes, yogurt and milk. I used fat free yogurt and milk to keep it light. It's delicious and a wonderful way to start your day, or enjoy this with a nice Indian dish like chicken curry.

  1. Yes mango lassi is a very sumptuous and filling drink.Only for the diabetic to watch for the sugar because mango is very high in the sugar content.

  6. Gina,
My weight watcher group is having a summer salad potluck. I was looking through your wonderful salad recipes and was wondering... is there a standard serving size that you have for your recipes? If so.... how big is a serving?

  7. Hi Maggie,

I don't have a standard serving size, they all vary depending on the recipe or who I'm feeding that day. For the most part they are usually 4-6 people but I always note it in the recipe.

  11. i just made this recipe, and it is SO TASTY! i love being able to get my fresh fruit in a different way.
one note, though: as i put this recipe into my Points Plus calculator, it is actually 5 points per serving (with this recipe making 3 servings), not 4. just something to keep in mind!
