Mango Lassi is a healthy sweet Indian smoothie made with fresh mangoes, yogurt and milk. I used fat free yogurt and milk to keep it light. It's delicious and a wonderful way to start your day, or enjoy this with a nice Indian dish like chicken curry.

Any yogurt-based smoothie has a special place in my heart. Lassis are just so refreshing and sweet, hard to feel bad about them!
ReplyDeleteGina,
ReplyDeleteMy weight watcher group is having a summer salad potluck. I was looking through your wonderful salad recipes and was wondering... is there a standard serving size that you have for your recipes? If so.... how big is a serving?
Hi Maggie,
ReplyDeleteI don't have a standard serving size, they all vary depending on the recipe or who I'm feeding that day. For the most part they are usually 4-6 people but I always note it in the recipe.
i just bought a mango and this is what i'll be making :)
ReplyDeleteconsidering i just bought a mango yesterday, this will be on the top of my list to make today ((i've made 4 of your recipes between yesterday and today and i haven't had a complaint about 1) thank you!!!!
ReplyDeleteCan you convert this to the new Points Plus? Thanks!
ReplyDeletei just made this recipe, and it is SO TASTY! i love being able to get my fresh fruit in a different way.
ReplyDeleteone note, though: as i put this recipe into my Points Plus calculator, it is actually 5 points per serving (with this recipe making 3 servings), not 4. just something to keep in mind!
I just made this mango recipe, to keep it super light, I just cut milk and honey and still delicious. You just have to pick a ripe mango
ReplyDeleteThanks for recipe..
OMG had this last night and it was so good!!!!!
ReplyDeleteHi, I made this yesterday for lunch, very yummy. I used Almond milk because I am allergic to regular milk, it was very good.
