I hate to add to the chorus of dissent because I know it is not your fault at all – plus we're all complaining about not receiving something that's free! I'm hoping though that you can forward our distress to the publisher… I too did not receive bonus pack #1 and multiple requests have only gotten me several downloads of bonus pack #2.
On a more positive note, I love your recipes and use them all the time. Everything I've made from your site has gotten rave reviews from the friends and family I experiment on with them! Your cheeseburger casserole is a particular favorite of mine. 🙂
Hi Gina, I pre-ordered my book, sent my proof of purchase in, and received my book yesterday, but am yet to receive a bonus pack of any sort. I've commented on your Instagram posts about this also but haven't received any sort of response. I've sent my email proof of purchase from amazon.ca in three times now. I just changed the subject to bonus pack as per above comments. I ordered two books back in MAY. I'm just wondering why I still haven't received my bonus pack? It is not in my junk or spam. Help please.
I got my download for Bonus Pack 2, but I thought I was also eligible for Bonus Pack 1 (it has the muffin recipe in it). I've emailed and no one has gotten back to me about it. Am I missing something here?

Sign up for an account with Box and you'll get the download…that's what I did after getting the same bandwidth message. I now have the recipes and meal plan/shopping lists 🙂
I am having trouble as well – mine tells me the box user is out of bandwidth. I wrote back to let them know – hopefully it's an easy fix!

I'm soooo excited about your cookbook! Perfect timing on the release, as eel, because my birthday is Oct 4l. I told my husband, "So I can pre-order this cookbook for my birthday present and get a bonus." He knows how much I struggle with getting meals plan so the bonus will really be a huge blessing for us!

Is there something that can be done about this? There are a lot of people who were under the impression they would get these bonus packs and it is a bit frustrating when you buy a product and don't get everything that was advertised.

Two questions:
1. What counts as proof of purchase if the pre-orders were done through Amazon? Do I screenshot my actual account page?
2. I ordered 2 separate copies (on two different dates) and one is being delivered as a gift. Do I need to send two separate emails or can I include both proofs of purchase in a single email?
