Skinnytaste Dinner Plan (Week 74)

Skinnytaste Dinner Plan (Week 74). Hope everyone had a great weekend! If you had too many margaritas and chips this weekend, it’s time to get back on track with some healthy dishes, everything from grilled lamb chops to zucchini boats!

Pictured below is The Skinnytaste Meal Planner where I plan my dinners for the week (you can of course use any meal planner). Meal planning is a great way to get organized before heading to the supermarket to get ready for the week! My breakfast is usually something quick like eggs with fruit, a smoothie or avocado toast. We’re a family of four, so if a recipe serves more, it’s either packed up for everyone’s lunch or eaten the next day as leftovers. If you would like to see some of the previous week’s dinner plans, click here

  1. Hi Gina, I love your books! I also like that you give us an idea of what your dinner looks like during the week. Just a quick question – what do you usually have for breakfast, lunch and snacks? Thanks!

    1. Thanks! Ive mentioned above, fruit and eggs. Avocado toast, oatmeal, yogurt. Lunch is usually a new recipe I am testing or leftovers.

  2. Is there a reason why the email with the meal plan for the upcoming week comes on MONDAY, rather than FRIDAY? It would be nice to have a reminder email a bit earlier so I could do my shopping over the weekend.

  3. This looks delicious. I just got both of the new cook books from the library and I am so thankful that you put so many solid menus for the whole day in them. It seems like we are most successful when we prep Sunday for the whole day. I was worried about what to do, and then I saw the menu in the front of the Fast and Slow Cookbook. What a life saver!! So glad for your posts and website! THANK YOU> Happy Sunday!!!
