Ingredients

  • 3 oz Pom Wonderful pomegranate juice
  • 1 oz citrus infused vodka
  • crushed ice
  • lemon or lime twist

Instructions

  • Super chill the glass, shake well with crushed ice and add a twist of lemon or lime for a killer drink.

  5. Thanks for the POM receipes. I have never tried the POM jiuce but have often wondered about it. I think my favorite receipe is the pear salad with POM honey dijon dressing. It looks wonderful and is made with things that I usually have on hand.

    My favorite out of all POM recipes is the POM Velvet Cupcakes with POM Cream Cheese Frosting. What a great way to get your antioxidants in…and the best part is that you don't have to feel guilty about eating a cupcake!     My choice would be the Seared Scallops with POM. Scallops are a favorite of mine and I believe that the POM would add a great flavor accent to the meal. It's a great recipe and I'm going to try it out soon.

    I love both the pomegranate fuit and the POM juice however, is the first time I'm checking the POM's website. Everything looks so delish and I have already several recipes on my "to do now" list (of course, with some substitutions).
