Pomegranate Martinis are the new black. Cosmos are so last year! If you are looking to try a new skinny cocktail that is dee-licious and fun to serve at a party, give this a shot (no pun intended)! But be careful… one is never enough!

Other skinny cocktails I love are Basil Cucumber Gin Coolers, Citrus Margarita Spritzer, Iced Green Tea Mojito and Watermelon Martinis to name a few.

Yield: 1 serving
Serving Size: 4 oz
Ingredients
- 3 oz Pom Wonderful pomegranate juice
- 1 oz citrus infused vodka
- crushed ice
- lemon or lime twist
Instructions
- Super chill the glass, shake well with crushed ice and add a twist of lemon or lime for a killer drink.

Pom Sorbet sounds rather refreshing. The above drink would be fun for grown-ups though – like sipping Christmas.
I've been making this drink for some time now. Surprised to see it here! I thought I made it up LOL But I put in a splash of triple sec. Sometimes I also add some club soda when I feel the need for some fizz.

What a great way to get your antioxidants in…and the best part is that you don't have to feel guilty about eating a cupcake! Oh, I found 2 that I would definitely do — Pan Toasted Brie with POM reduction — I make baked brie for holidays and this would be a great variation to that. And, also the POM granita looks super easy and refreshing. Maybe it will keep my dessert cravings at bay in this healthy version. My choice would be the Seared Scallops with POM. Scallops are a favorite of mine and I believe that the POM would add a great flavor accent to the meal. It's a great recipe and I'm going to try it out soon.

I've always loved POM martinis – in fact, they were our signature drink for our annual holiday party 2 years ago. (Last year was chocolate mint martinis.)

I love both the pomegranate fuit and the POM juice however, is the first time I'm checking the POM's website.
