I love having a glass of wine with dinner every now and then, but when I am watching my points, I make a Wine Spritzer instead. It cuts the points and carbs in half.

I prefer Pinot Grigio or a Riesling, but you can also use a Rose, Merlot or Chardonnay instead. Perfect for a summer party! Other skinny cocktails I love are Basil Cucumber Gin Coolers, Citrus Margarita Spritzer, Iced Green Tea Mojito and Watermelon Martinis to name a few.

  1. Hi Gina, Love your site. So excited to try your recipes. It will make WW so much easier. I have been checking the nutritional values on wines and have found Arbor Mist 8oz for 2pts and Oak Leaf Vineyards (White Zinfandel) 1pt for 5oz. Is this too good to be true? Is there any way that I can find out for sure. HELP!

  2. I make these all the time except I use La Croix lime flavor soda water. No calories, sugar, sodium, carbs, etc… I love it!

  3. Wow thank you so much for all the GREAT recipes, I am so excited to try them. I have made my weekly menu using your WW recipes. Thank you again. Kat

Gina, This would go well with the crab legs. I a on the hunt for king crab legs (who knew tey are hard t find in my area). We need a dessert recipe then it is time to feast and not gain weight!

  5. What a good idea for cutting calories. I do not drink alcohol but I do water down fruit juice to halve the calories too.
