Love these! How long before eating would be okay to make them? I am thinking of bringing them to a company picnic but definitely wouldn't be able to do it morning of.

  2. I just made these and they were awesome, the only thing I did differently was I used a toothpick and just one of everything so it was very bite sized. I love this website, I tell everyone about it. I also made the cupcake turkey meatloaves for a baby shower, they were a huge hit. Thanks for the recipes!

  3. This is our favorite summer salad. Now to have it in individual skewers, wow! The presentation is awesome and very clever. We took these to a party and they were such a hit! Thanks, Gina. I am simply loving your site!

  4. Yum these look really good! At first I thought it was tofu but mozzarella is just as tasty šŸ™‚
