Skinnytaste Dinner Plan (Week 101). Hope you had a great Thanksgiving, I had a great time with family but I am also happy to get back into a normal routine. Here’s a few favorites I’ve been craving.

Monday: Puerto Rican Beans with rice and egg
Tuesday: Pressure Cooker Stewed Chicken with Corn (Pollo Guisado con Maiz)
Wednesday: Mini Turkey Meatball Vegetable Soup
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Maple Soy Glazed Salmon with Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Butternut Squash
Saturday: Dinner Out
Sunday: Chicken and Avocado Soup

  1. I ❤️You , Gina. There is no doubt this is true. Having said that,I am hoping you will post more chicken/ soup/ casserole recipes.  I feel like your posts have been  spiralized/ veggie heavy lately. And I think that is great and super healthy.  But I feel like your posts used to me more well rounded… something for everyone instead of fans of low carb.  I appreciate  the ideas all of your veggie laden  recipes……..but your postings used to b more family friendly to those under 10.❤️

    Absolutely loved the slow cooker turkey breast. I am never disappointed when I try one of your 
    recipes. Keep them coming. I have both of you cookbooks.
