Cool off with these homemade frozen fruit pops made with fresh fruit puree.
Aren't these the prettiest things! I just love the vibrant colors you can get from using fresh fruit, and the flavors are refreshing and sweet.
Use any fruit you wish, I added a little sugar because my fruit tasted a little tart, but you can leave it out or use stevia if you prefer.

Divide the simple syrup between the fruit purees and mix in.
Equally fill four small 5 oz cups with the kiwi puree and place in the freezer; freeze one hour.
Add mango puree and freeze 20 minutes. Insert sticks and freeze at least 2 hours. Add raspberry puree and freeze overnight.

Your photography is beautiful!
ReplyDeleteThank you, I love how they turned out!
DeleteAbsolutely adorable!
ReplyDeleteAfter trying a recipe that LOOKED good on pinterest but was a complete flop in real life,, I gained a whole new appreciation for your recipes. I've tried several and they've all been a huge hit. Thanks for all you do in creating and sharing your recipes!
ReplyDeleteThank you! I test test test before I post! I would hate that myself.
Deletethese look delish ;)
ReplyDeleteIf we had any kind of summer here in the UK, then I am sure these would be perfect for it :)
ReplyDeleteIf I use stevia would I use the same amount as you did sugar?
ReplyDeleteI think you could add the stevia to taste. If your fruit is very sweet, you may not need it at all but if the fruit isn't sweet, add it until you like the flavor.
DeleteI agree, sometimes I don't use a lot of sugar or Truvia when fruit is involved. :)
DeleteThere is a conversation chart on the truvia website. It's really helpful when a recipe calls for sugar but you want to use a substitute instead. Here's the link:

These look beyond delicious! A fabulous treat for the kids!
ReplyDeleteThese look delicious!! I have a popsicle mold my son 'gave' me for mother's day when he was 2 - it would be perfect for these!

Gina this look wonderful!!and the fruits combinations is so delicious..Yummmmm!! Hugs Gina
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love this idea, Gina! The fruit combinations are endless. I just bought some popsicle cups and will be making these tonight.
ReplyDeleteThose are absolutely adorable! I love how little sugar you add. What a great recipe! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks I only added a little to take out the tartness of the fruit.
DeleteOooh...those look gorgeous! Would love to try them if only I wasn't so busy.
ReplyDeleteI love this idea. In the summer we normally make rainbow pudding pops and I think this year we may have to try this out and make them using fresh fruits.
ReplyDeleteGina, we just had Mexican paletas for dessert, guava, kiwi and strawberry. Now we can make our own. thanks!
ReplyDeleteLove the combo of fruits here! It's gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteSo bright & colourful! Can't wait to try this one when summer rolls around to Australia :)
ReplyDeleteThe pops are going to be a big hit in my house. What a great idea!
ReplyDeleteAny suggestions for a substitute fruit for the mango?
ReplyDelete(not a big fan of mango, but loooveee raspberries and kiwi)
Sure what about pineapple? Cantelope?
DeleteI tried these using peaches instead of mango. They were great!
DeleteGone these look so incredibly delish!! Love how simple the recipe is. Will be making these very soon.
ReplyDeleteWonderful idea! We have these cups at work, I'm going to snag a few!!
ReplyDeleteThese are extraordinarily beautiful, but that doesn't mean I don't want to eat one! Love that they're low in sugar!
ReplyDeleteWow these look delicious! But if fruit are 0 pts why are these 2 pts? Should they be 0 pts if I don't use the sugar?
ReplyDeleteThank you!
I have the same question! :) Thanks
DeleteIf you put this into recipe builder, it's not 0 because fruit has calories. I am not sure if WW would consider it 0, ask at your next meeting.
DeleteIt must be because of the addition of the sugar, although honestly I can't see how it could possibly be 2 pts. The WW website is so kookie. It doesn't make sense to me half the time. I would guess less than half a point per because of how little sugar. I am going to make these with nectarines in place of mango. Nectarines are crazy sweet right now. Thanks so much for the awesome recipes.
DeleteFruit does not count ever...even in recipie builder the fruit will count as 0 points. However, fruit does have calories so WW suggests that you do not consume over 5 "free" or 0 point+ items or fruit per day. But everyone is different so listen to your body and go with that.
DeleteBeautiful! These look delicious!
ReplyDeleteLooks sooo good! Just a question - if I used different fruit, would I still freeze each layer for the same amount of time? I have strawberries and thought I could use them, but wasn't sure if the time in the freezer was for the specific fruit or just the layer. Thanks Gina!
ReplyDeleteYes, same amount. It's just to get that rainbow effect and to get the stick to stay in.
DeleteAwesome, thank you! Also, just tried the overnight oats this morning - delicious! Thank you for getting me out of my breakfast rut!
DeleteThese are lovely!! I can't wait to try them!! :)
ReplyDeleteThese look delicious! We're going to try them tonight in our Zoku popsicle maker so we can get instant popsicle gratification! :)
ReplyDeleteGenius idea with the cups! Now I don't have to go out and buy a popsicle mold.
ReplyDeleteWould you recommend straining the raspberries and kiwis for the seeds?
ReplyDeleteI would use a sieve.
DeleteHow beautiful! And what a fun way to eat fruit. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteIf you don't add sugar, do you still need to use water or would you just use the fruit puree?
ReplyDeleteOnly if it seems too thick.
DeleteThis looks so refreshing, I would realy use one right now
ReplyDeleteIs there any way to reduce / remove the seeds from the raspberries?
ReplyDeleteYou could run it through a sieve and use a spoon to scrape it.
ReplyDeleteThese would be fun at a barbecue. I can totally see the kids loving them!
ReplyDeleteHow long do you think these will last in the freezer?? I have hundreds of mangos and trying to find ways to use them before they go bad!
ReplyDeleteAt least a few months! You could do it with all mango if you wish to use them up.
DeleteGina, THANK YOU, so, so much for having the new AND old Weight Watchers points on each of your recipes! No one else seems to do it! If all the delicious food didn't keep me coming here (which it DOES!), that totally would! Thank you! Thank you!
ReplyDeleteThese are absolutely gorgeous and perfect for summer! I can't wait to try them!
ReplyDeleteThese are just gorgeous!! LOVE the vibrant colors. Perfect for this heat-wave summer!! Thanks Gina!
ReplyDeleteI did this with all my leftover watermelon from last week...didn't have popsicle sticks so I just filled up a few ice trays. I'm thinking they'd make a tasty cocktail too, either blended or with some club soda and vodka and lime!
ReplyDeleteThese look awesome and I love the look of the three layers! Thanks for a great recipe.
ReplyDeleteThese are the cutest popsicles I have ever seen! My kids would love these!

ReplyDeleteWe made these for our kids and I am adding this to my recipe list over at Grubodex.com
