This summer salad uses some of my favorite fruits. A few of my other favorite easy summer fruit salads are Grilled Peach and Watermelon Burrata Salad, Berry Salad with Almond – Cranberry Crusted Goat Cheese, and Prosciutto Mozzarella and Fig Salad with Arugula.

While I hate to think of summer as having an expiration date, the fact
that it’s coming close to the end has me savoring every last moment. I’m a little excited about the change of seasons, but I always mourn the end of summer. So I’m trying to enjoy every last bit of summer’s bounty.

  1. This was so easy and perfect for a hot summer day. I served it with some leftover corn muffins from a Weight Watchers recipe.

  3. Loved this salad! Delicious and easy to make. My family loves goat cheese so this dressing was a hit. I added cooked quinoa to the salad for something a little extra. I love your recipes and that they are Weight Watcher friendly. Thank you!

  4. Has anyone tried grilling the fruit in advance, and chilling it? I am bringing this to a party on Sunday, and I'd rather not ask to use the hostess' grill or stove (grill pan) if it'll still turn out okay when pre-grilled! Thanks for another beautiful post, Gina!

  5. I made this salad for dinner tonight, and it was so simple yet so tasty! Love the dressing. I have enough dressing & greens to make it again tomorrow night, I can't wait! 🙂 Thanks for sharing a fantastic recipe!
