It finally feels like summer! I was away all weekend in the Hampton’s for an event I co-hosted, so I’m sorry for the delay in posting this. This week I featured some summer favorites. What’s on your meal plan? Please share!

Monday: Angel Hair with Zucchini and Tomatoes
Tuesday: Grilled Chicken Tacos with Lettuce Slaw, Avocado and Cotija
Wednesday: Cheeseburger Salad
Thursday: Korean Grilled Chicken Breasts with brown rice
Friday: Flounder Milanese with Arugula and Tomatoes
Saturday: Dinner Out
Sunday: Grilled Flank Steak with Black Beans, Corn and Tomatoes

  1. Hi Gina. I use your site or your cookbooks almost daily. Sometimes I use your meal plans, sometimes I make my own to suit my family’s preference. I couldn’t be without my meal planner. Keeps me organized and on track. This week’s menu includes Asian Peanut Noodles (Lightened up), Turkey Zucchini Burgers with Spiralized Greek Cucumber Salad with Lemon and Feta, Stir Fried Pork and Mixed Veggies over Brown Basmati Rice, Steak and Caramelized Onion, Arugula and Penne Salad and Chicken and Lentil Soup. Thanks for making me a rockstar in the kitchen!
