Mango Lassi is a healthy, sweet Indian fro yo smoothie made with fresh mango, greek yogurt and milk. I used fat free yogurt and milk to keep it light. It’s delicious and a wonderful way to start your day, or enjoy this with a nice Indian dish like chicken curry.

Ingredients
- 1 mango chopped
- 6 oz fat free Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fat free milk
- 1 1/2 tbsp sugar or honey
- 1 cup crushed ice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Can this be made with almond milk?
Yes, I don’t see why not.
Great recipe! To make it a bit more authentic, I added lime juice from two wedges of lime and about 1/2 tsp. ginger. Sooo good.
Why is the blue point value so high? I calculate it to be 3 blue points.

This is a great simple flexible recipe during these troubled times. I have made it several times with different fruits…depending on availability…..mango, banana, strawberries and frozen blueberries( defrosted)
It is easy to make half a recipe.
