Skinnytaste Dinner Plan (Week 65).  This weekend I am enjoying some quality time family time at the beautiful Deer Valley Resort in Park City Utah. What a gorgeous place! It is Madison’s first time skiing, she is loving it and picking it up like a pro!

Skinnytaste Dinner Plan (Week 65)

Monday: Cream of Asparagus Soup with salad and garlic toast
Tuesday: Easy Crock Pot Chicken and Black Bean Taco Salad
Wednesday: Asian Lettuce Wrap Chicken Chopped Salad
Thursday: Ground Turkey with Potatoes and Spring Peas
Friday: Cheesy Baked Penne with Roasted Veggies
Saturday: Dinner Out
Sunday: Leftovers

    Next time you are in Utah you should try a restaurant called Sapa. It is a sushi place, but I recommend the entrees. The Masaman Beef or Vermicelli Lemongrass noodles are my favorites. So, so yummy.
